Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has termed the upcoming meeting elections within the state as a battle for improvement and criticised the earlier Uddhav Thackeray-led authorities for allegedly stalling tasks and veering away from the ideological roots laid by Shiv Sena’s founder, Bal Thackeray.
