As a property dispute throughout the erstwhile royal household of Udaipur escalates, the same controversy has surfaced in Rajasthan’s Bikaner the place police instances have been registered towards one another.

Notably, this isn’t the primary occasion of battle between the 2. Eleven months in the past, Siddhi Kumari had filed a case towards her aunt Rajyashri Kumari, each belonging to an erstwhile royal household and three others, accusing them of fraud and presenting false info.

A case was filed on the Bichwal Police Station concerning a property dispute between Siddhi Kumari and her aunt.

In a cross-case filed on Tuesday, one FIR was lodged towards Siddhi Kumari for allegedly interfering with the operations of a lodge company, whereas one other FIR was filed by Siddhi Kumari’s belief towards her aunt for alleged misappropriation of property.

The FIR towards Siddhi Kumar was filed by Rajiv Mishra, representing M/s Golden Triangle Forts and Palace Private Limited, which manages Lakshmi Niwas Hotel on behalf of Rajyashri Kumari or her belief. It has been alleged that Siddhi Kumari is inflicting disruptions within the lodge’s operations. Mishra claimed in FIR that Siddhi Kumari’s father, Narendra Singh, signed three 19-year lease agreements in 1999, collectively spanning 57 years. Despite being paid for the lease, Siddhi Kumari and her sister allegedly demanded a further Rs 4 crore through cheque. When the lease was not prolonged, the cost was reportedly not returned.

Meanwhile, one other criticism has been lodged towards her aunt Rajyashri Kumari by Sanjay Sharma, appearing as treasurer for trusts related to Siddhi Kumari, who has alleged property mismanagement.

According to the FIR, after the Devsthan Department amended the trustees’ record beneath the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, the brand new trustees took cost on May 29, 2024. It was then found that items had been broken, and important paperwork had been lacking.
