With tech surveillance, the police managed to trace the accused some 600 km away close to UP’s Amethi
A person set his neighbour’s automotive on hearth in Delhi’s Lajpat Nagar space reportedly over a parking dispute. He was then tracked 600 km away in Uttar Pradesh and arrested after an FIR was filed towards him. The incident occurred on late Saturday night time, November 30, 2024.
Rahul Bhasin, the principle accused, would have common arguments with Ranjeet Chauhan over parking, in line with information company PTI. Owing to at least one such argument, he determined to set Mr Chauhan’s automotive on hearth along with his mates. The complete incident was caught on CCTV.
At round 10 pm on November 30, Rahul Bhasin and two of his mates stepped out of their automotive in the course of the highway and began smashing the windshield of Mr Chauhan’s automotive, reveals the CCTV footage. One of the boys then throws an inflammable liquid on the bonnet of the automotive and one other one places it on hearth. All three of them then rapidly drove away from the spot.
This was not the primary time Rahul had broken Mr Chauhan’s automotive. Earlier, he had additionally broken the aspect mirrors of the latter’s automotive over some argument. An FIR was filed then as nicely towards Rahul.
The police put collectively a group to trace and arrest Rahul and different accused concerned within the incident. With tech surveillance, they managed to trace them some 600 km away close to UP’s Amethi and arrested them. So far, seven individuals have been arrested within the case, stated police.
