Walmart is recalling cucumber slices bought in 34 Texas shops over issues that they could be contaminated with salmonella.
The Marketside Fresh Cut Cucumber Slices might comprise cucumbers that had been bought by Arizona-based SunFed Produce that had been beforehand recalled and related to salmonella infections between Oct. 12 and Nov. 15, Walmart stated in a recall announcement posted Wednesday to the Food and Drug Administration web site.
The recall applies to merchandise with all date codes as much as Dec. 1.
