The Telangana governor has cleared an investigation towards BRS chief and former state minister KT Rama Rao over alleged irregularities to the tune of Rs 55 crore within the organisation of a Formula E race in Hyderabad final 12 months and the deal for future races, sources mentioned on Friday.
