Inside Out 2 Animated Film crossed 1.46B Revenue

An animated movie, Inside Out 2, has been released in the international box office and surprisingly it has crossed the $1 billion figure revenue.

There are additional 55 films which have grossed $1 billion figure globally, includes both domestic and international revenue, out of these 55 films, only 12 films have managed to hit that benchmark from overseas market alone and 11 movies were in live-auction stage.

The Lion King” made an impressive $1.1 billion worldwide. Even though the remake used a lot of computer animation, the studio calls it live-action, so “Inside Out 2” is actually the first animated movie to reach this milestone.

Reaching $1 billion shows that “Inside Out 2” has been very popular almost everywhere. Its biggest international markets are Mexico ($102.2 million), Brazil ($80 million), the U.K. ($72.7 million), France ($62.6 million), and Korea ($60.8 million).

Disney’s Pixar sequel, “Inside Out 2,” is already the biggest movie of the year, which has bagged the highest earning $1.649 billion worldwide. This figure combines includes $1.002 billion from international markets and $646.3 million from the U.S market. A few weeks ago, “Inside Out 2” became the highest-grossing animated film ever, surpassing “Frozen II.”

Disney had a great summer with two movies earning over a billion dollars. The other hit is the Marvel sequel, “Deadpool & Wolverine.” To show how successful “Inside Out 2” has been internationally in the international market, “Deadpool & Wolverine” made just over half of that, earning $634.1 million in the same markets. But the important note is that “Deadpool & Wolverine” is rated R, so its audience is mostly adults aged 18 and over.

“Deadpool & Wolverine” has also earned $1.21 billion worldwide so far from both domestic and international market, making it the eighth-highest-grossing movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It has recently passed “Captain America: Civil War” bagged ($1.155 billion) and is expected to soon overtake “Iron Man 3” ($1.215 billion) to take the seventh spot.

Another big Disney release is, “Alien: Romulus,” has made $41.6 million internationally and $57.8 million globally over the weekend, bringing its total revenue to $225.4 million worldwide. This new chapter in the long-running sci-fi horror series has done especially well in China, earning $73.3 million there.

Inside Out 2″ has set a new standard for animated films by reaching an incredible $1.46 billion in revenue. Its success is a evidence to Pixar’s ability to blend emotional storytelling with stunning visuals, creating a movie that resounds with viewers of all ages. As it continues to break records, “Inside Out 2” solidifies its place in cinematic history.
