Chicago residents are getting little respite due to thunderstorms after a massive heatwave last week however, the thunderstorm was so powerful that it crashes trees from the ground, affecti9ng few areas of Chicago, there are approximately 44,935 Northern Illinois ComEd customers were without power Tuesday night.
Accordingly to met department, Wednesday’s temperatures will be in the mid-80s, with scattered showers in the morning and a chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Storm chances stay in the forecast until Friday. It is expected that after Friday, the holiday will be dry and little cooler compared to last week.
