European ministers dismiss Harris’ declare ‘world leaders are laughing at Trump’


Kamala Harris famously claimed throughout the ABC debate on September 10 that “world leaders are laughing at Donald Trump.” However, European officers dismissed the vice chairman’s comment on the United Nations High-Level Week, stressing that they’re “mates of America.”

When requested concerning the Democratic nominee’s declare concerning the former president, Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani stated that the US and Italy are “two sides of the identical coin.” “If Trump would be the new president of America, we are going to work with him as we labored with him when he was president of America,” Tajani added, per Fox News.

Earlier this month, Harris and Trump battled it out throughout the high-stakes presidential debate. Both candidates made controversial remarks about one another, with the 59-year-old telling the GOP nominee, “I’ve talked with army leaders, a few of whom labored with you, and so they say you are a shame.”

Tajani went on to say, “For us, the transatlantic relations are the important thing technique of our international coverage, Europe and America.” He defined that Italy has “labored properly” with Joe Biden and previous American presidents, together with George Bush, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama.

Meanwhile, Lithuania and the Czech Republic’s international ministers avoided making any remark concerning the US election, saying they “go away it to the American residents to resolve.” However, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky praised Trump’s defence spending.

He went on to say that his “authorities is spending extra on our protection,” including, “We need to attain these 2% of GDP, will likely be reaching them this 12 months, and we are going to proceed subsequent 12 months. So, (if) Donald Trump can be a president with this message, ‘Please spend 2%,’ we’d be OK.”
