Audi Driver Drags Motorcyclist On Bonnet For 3 Km Post Argument In Pune

According to the police, the two-wheeler motorbike was hit by a recklessly pushed Audi automotive.

The driver of an Audi allegedly dragged a motorbike rider on the automotive’s bonnet for greater than 3km after an argument in Pimpri-Chinchwad township of Pune district, police stated on Tuesday.

Hours after the incident on Sunday night, police arrested the automotive driver, Kamlesh Patil (23), and his two associates, Hemant Mhalaskar (26) and Prathamesh Darade (22), who have been with him within the high-end car.

According to the police, the sufferer, Zacheria Mathew, was driving a motorbike when his two-wheeler was hit by a recklessly pushed Audi automotive within the Bijlinagar space.

“After getting down from his bike, Mathew approached the automotive occupants and sought a proof. However, the three accused began abusing him and his buddy, and likewise assaulted them. Later, the automotive driver tried to hit the complainant, main him to fall on the bonnet. He then allegedly dragged him (Mathew) on the automotive’s bonnet for greater than 3km and sped away,” stated an officer from the Nigdi police station.

A case was registered towards the three automotive occupants, together with the driving force, and so they have been arrested beneath related sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, he added.
