The Congress Tuesday launched its second listing of 26 candidates for the upcoming Delhi Assembly polls, fielding Farhad Suri in opposition to AAP’s Manish Sisodia from Jangpura whereas additionally giving tickets to ex-AAP MLAs Asim Khan and Devender Sehrawat.
