Traffic motion alongside the Noida-Greater Noida expressway resumed on Monday night after tons of of farmers, who had gathered for a “Delhi Chalo” march over varied calls for, agreed to vacate the protest web site.
Sources stated that after a gathering with the Noida authorities, Bhartiya Kisan Parishad chief Sukhbir Khalifa, who’s spearheading the protests, determined to offer the Centre per week’s time to meet the farmers’ varied calls for, together with a laws on Minimum Support Prices (MSPs).
The farmers briefly shifted their protest to Ambedkar Park however threatened to renew their march in direction of the nationwide capital, if their calls for weren’t met on time.

As the protesters’ gathering level close to the Mahamaya flyover in Noida grew greater on Monday afternoon, a few of them broke a couple of barricades and tried to proceed with their march.
The protest is being supported by the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha (KMM), the Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) and different farmer organisations.
“We are prepared for our march in direction of Delhi. Tomorrow, on December 2, we are going to begin our march in direction of Delhi from underneath the Mahamaya flyover (In Noida). At midday, all of us will attain there and demand our compensation and advantages as per the brand new legal guidelines,” Mr Khalifa advised ANI on Sunday.
