A person, stated to be in an inebriated situation, was arrested after he ignited a lighter and began a fireplace at a petroleum pump in Hyderabad on Saturday night, officers stated.
The incident passed off round 7 pm when the accused, recognized as Chiran, arrived on the petrol pump within the Nacharam space in a visibly drunk state, with a cigarette lighter in his hand.
