New Orleans assault: Suspect Shamsud Din Jabbar acted alone; FBI confirms ISIS inspiration

Previously, FBI recognized the New Orleans truck ramming attacker as Shamsud Din Jabbar, 42, a US-born citizen from Texas. Speculations led authorities to think about that he might not have acted alone, and presumably labored with others to hold out the assault. However, the FBI has now dispelled these claims, saying that he certainly acted alone. Additionally, their investigation alongside the “act of terror” path has proved to be true as officers have labelled the New Year’s Day assault that killed 15 folks on Bourbon Street an “act of terrorism.”
