The first-ever paralympic games has started, 28 August 2024 until 8 Sept after the pandemic, in Paris with a grand opening ceremony in the heart of France capital.
According to source, the Paralympic Games is going to get a tremendous response from all over the world, there will be plenty of storylines and amazing athletes to watch.
Place de la Concorde and Champs-Elysees will play host to 4,400 Paralympic athletes from 184 delegations as they celebrate the commencements of 11-day competition, starting 29th August.
The most interesting things would to see how China, who has dominated the Paralympic Games over the last 5 years will look to continue its winning streak. An Italian athlete is set to be the first transgender woman to compete in the Paralympics, along with several highly decorated members of Team USA – are looking to break new records this time.
The Paralympic ceremony will once again happen outside a stadium, with athletes marching down the famous avenue. It will end with a celebration and the official opening of the Paralympic Games at the iconic square in front of thousands of spectators.
