Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan died final month in Georgia from an unintentional drug overdose, authorities stated.

The artist, who burst onto the hip-hop scene greater than a decade in the past, was killed by the “mixed poisonous results of fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine, and promethazine,” the Fulton County Medical Examiner stated in a press release offered to NBC News on Wednesday.

The method of dying was an accident, based on the health worker.

On Sept. 5, the health worker stated in a press release that Atlanta’s Grady Memorial Hospital had notified its personnel of the rapper’s dying.

Rich Homie Quan, born Dequantes Devontay Lamar, was 33.
